How bigger is bigger? People sometimes use one side of body more than the other side, such as people right handed will have slightly bigger right hand than the left, or vice Vera. If it's obviously really bigger, such as at least 3---4 inches bigger, you should consult a medical professional.

Thats normal. if there is a body part of 2, 1 is always bigger than the other.

It could be anything from more use of one leg than the other to phlebitis or something more serious. See a doctor, please.
