an orgaism...lol.....i hate my cramps when i get a mentral period, b4 i started takeing birth control, my cramps got sooo bad there almost worst than being in labour for me,(had a baby 2 and a half yrs ago and labour was mild compared to my mentral cycle cramps) i use to stay home from school or go home sick from school on the first day i would start my period, plus my mentral cycle is irregular if im not on the birth control pill. My cramps got sooo bad, i would almost pass out from them, i couldn't eat or drink anything on the first day of my period every month or whenever it decide to come, cuz i would get sick, i littrately curled up into a ball and cried myself to sleep....im glad to be on the birth control pill...they help alot with my cramps! but if there wasn't such things as birth control pills that help with mentral cycles as well as preventing pregnancies, i think i would have jumped off a biulding when i first started my period!

ORGANSM but usually don't get them i just be tired as hell! SO I BE SLEEPING ALL THE TIME.
