is there any way to avoid that nasty smell?
does that smell related with the fat between the overweight legs of a girl?

Its not necessarily the weight, but the personal hygiene of the woman. A plump vulva will open up in the same way as a non-plump vulva to be cleaned. However, a plump vulva may not open easily enough for fat girls to clean in there.
