In the Season Finale, after Randal was announced the winner, Randal was asked whether Rebecca can be hired as well. He said no (in a very polite way). But I think Trump makes his own decisions. Maybe Randal just wanted to be the Star of the show, the star of the night. So, did Trump hire Rebecca outside the TV show?

Rebecca got several job offers from other companies. Not sure which one she ended up taking as she said she needed to think about it.

Do you honestly think that The Donald lets people like Randall decide for him? He hopefully hired her immediately following the show and told Randall to get to work.

I can't find any indication that he did. I think that was a mistake, however, all the best people don't have to work for The Donald. Leave a few for other folks!
