Personally I don't consider lisps particularly hilarious. Sure they're a little silly, but I could never start cracking up at someone because of it. If you personally have a lisp and are wondering if people will laugh at you, just remember if they do laugh at you. They are morons, because morons will laugh at anything.

Not really its a part of somebody. They can't change that and there is no reason you should sit there and constantly laugh at something like that.

no. some people might think it's cute, but it can cause real emotional scarring on the person, especially if they are teased alot.
