I met my husband on line also....umm I think you need to have more proof that its him. Then and only when you prove that it is him do you tell her.

I wouldn't unless you know for sure it's him. You would only hurt their relationship if it was not him and maybe lose a friend in the process. Why not answer the ad and see if he can send you a pic and then you'll konw if it's him or not.

The profile stays on until you request they remove it and sometimes you have to ask more than once.You can mention it to her or him but wait to hear his answer till you judge him.
