In 5 days? You might be able to lose a pound. Weight loss is a long process and healthy weight loss does not exceed 1-2 pounds a week.

Work out an hour and a half each day.(20.2 minutes each 4 hours. Eat only salads, with no croutons, but with fat-free dressing. Drink lots of water!

Um I dont think you can in only 5 days. You need to make sure to eat but it needs to be healthy food no junk. You should try eating apples and cantalope and other healtyhyfoods like fruit and vegetables.

eat at least 5 meals a day, small meals, make sure u eat breakfast, get your metabolism started. do some sensible exercises, warm up, exercise,stretch out. cut out junk food, and replace with fruits and veg.
