Leaving America is not difficult. America is a free country and you may leave it temporarily or permanently as you wish. Moving to a another country depends on the immigration rules of the other country. If the other country is accepting immigrants and you meet their criteria there should be no real problem.

It depends on the country. In San Marino, for example, I seem to remember that it takes four generations of your family born in San Marino before you can become a citizen

It is not too easy - during the first week you might lose everything that you have in Poland. And in Russia you will probably pass out in a couple days. You're week.

5 years ago i knew a girl who moved to england, she married a guy over there. she went to the brit embassy in chicago, she moved over then she visited the us embassy in england for a long term visa which i think was good for life.
