I think it would be just fine. Probably a lot prettier, like instead of the White House it could be the Pink house with white trim or something.
Just joking. There would be no difference. Except the Bush jokes would be funnier.
Okay, I am sorry. I mean -- really now -- women can be just as stupid as men. It's just that they have different toys. Oh, and Fishing and Football would likely be illegal.

Aren't we rulling it already? rulling is not always being in the important and recognized places, but being able to influence lots of people so that they make what we want. If men haven't already destroyed themselves with bombs and things like that is because ther usually is a woman next to them reminding that that is not a solution. Women are great with feelings, men with actions. So, you could say that women think, men act. It is difficult for women to act, and difficult for men to think in the correct way, so, sexes are made to complement each other

Nothing would be different. When women first got the right to vote they didn't make much of a difference politically because they voted similarly to men. This just shows how similar men and women are.

in thr grander scheme of things, if all women ruled the world...with pms... you men would be in cages outside in the weather, hungry, and only unlocked when we had a jar that needed to be opened, a car that needed to be worked on, a house that needed to be painted, or anything else women would be afraid to do with their fake nails.
