It's called a 'qweef' , and usually when in 'doggie' postition with an extreem arched back.

I believe that they do. When in certain positions air can easily get in between the two...............how should I say.........genitals. When the air gets between the two a woman will "queef". Me and my girlfriend laugh at when it happens.
