hard one and depends on why they have suspended you.
i was suspended a little while ago because my account was linked to someone who had been suspended themselves.
you need to contact them via the site preferably using the email that you received as a reference.then beg...ebay arent very forgiving and are very hard to get hold off but if you keep at it eventually you may strike lucky.it worked for me..
i could say open up another account under a different name and email address but that all depends if you were suspended through no fault of your own..

I can't really get full sense out of your question.
Contact them and threaten legal action and/or telling your 'friends/contacts' in the Media to dig up some bad press and I'm sure they'll oblige.
They shouldn't really just suspend people without full proper proof -- the sort that will stand up in court!

Start a brand new life--create a brand new identity--get new social security and driver's licenses--spend a few years building a credit report and creditials and then reapply----or just contact them and work something out----
