You got to be more confident in yourself and quit listening to the haters. If someone called you a chicken would you sprout feathers and start laying eggs? Of course not. I'm sure that not everybody believes these rumors about you. Find some true friends and forget about those other losers.

I had the same problem in high school , everyone thought I was gay and I had a girlfriend . I made it through high school and then went on to collage . I finally realized that I did have feelings for men and I had suppressed it and I didn't want to be gay . I did have some experiences when I was younger , but I just thought it was curiosity . It wasn't until I was older and could process the feelings I was having that I did realize what I wanted . I am not saying this what is happening to you , I am saying to search your self and just be true to who you are . If you find that you are gay and have feelings for guys , that's ok . If you are not gay and want to be with girls then what does it matter what other people think ? Just be the unique and special person that you are and the heck with what anyone thinks of you .

Number One -- getting a girlfriend won't help -- not only do people ignore that, they are right to -- I've been propositioned by more married men that I care to remember.
Number Two -- no one can help because there is no way to control what others think.
Whether you are gay or straight doesn't matter -- what does matter is that you are happy with yourself. I by the way don't think its a bad rumor at all, gay people are no different than anyone else; and I certainly don't mind if someone decides that I'm straight (I've been out since I was 14 and it did actually happen once, this guy and his friends swore that I was really straight and trying to steal his g/f because we played cards as partners sometimes -- I laughed at him and them, so did she, but it took months for him to become convinced that I really was gay and didn't want her after that -- and trust me, I've never "wanted" any girl in my life.)

When you are asked just say no. There's no need to explain. This is a question I ask people when they ask certain things, "are you? Your answer to that verifies who you are. People talk all the time because they have nothing better to do. They sometimes do that cause you are different than they are. They think the world revolves around them so they think your suppose to be like them. They have a very childish attitude. Plus, some people hide behind their friends and won't say who they really are. Have you ever heard of the saying "coming out of the closet? Well, they will someday. He who laughs last laughs the loudest. Just go on about your business and don't worry about them. Anther saying for you to remember. "sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me." And believe it.

Why do you think its a very bad rumor? Is it because you discriminate gays? That's a very nasty thing to say, man. Maybe people say you're gay because they know that gets on your nerves. But that's not an insult at all. That's just as bad or good as being called tall, piano player or vegan.

You must be doing something or look or behave in a certain way that makes people think you are gay, maybe you are just really attractive or sexy and that might account for it.
If guys like you that means you are handsome, if a woman keeps asking if you are gay but you are not and you want some fun...then say yes but tell her you think she might be able to help you change.

Start answering them with the question, "Why, are you interested." I know that those statements must hurt, however, people where talking and making accusations before you were born and they'll be doing it long after you're dead and gone. There isn't anything you can do it about. Go on with your life, don't allow their rumor to consume you.
Some people have no business or no life and have to get into someone elses.

well i am gay but in high school when i really needed to deflect a rumor i had sex with a girl who really wanted to have sex with me and was a really big blabbermouth. so i guess you could do that. if you're really not gay. if you are, then bite the bullet and admit the truth. good luck either way!

Just forget what people say, they are dumb anyway. Anyone who asks you that questions is a moron. Just go on living your life, find someone you love and who loves you and screw the rest (not literally).
