yes, but it must be a 3G phone or the network provider will charge you, i dont knoe=w a single provder but look at "all" the home pg`s and lok for reduced or dicontinude 3Glines. might be called RO`s

bypass to the serach engine & type key-word locate someone for loose & it is going to instruct you different web pages or you are able to ask the following if all people knows them & see if u get sopmewhere that way.
