I wanted to say,CBS, NBC, ABC, CNN, etc. But instead I settled on Garry Trudeau "Doonesbury" As per the definition of propaganda, any published material that advocates one idea/thing/organization over another, or attacks opposing ideas/things/organizations, is propaganda. The subject can be the war in Iraq, the nutritional value of Twinkies, or building a new shopping mall in one’s neighborhood.
But, since I'm thinking comics and the war in Iraq, I’d say probably ANY published comic strip/story about the war that advocates a viewpoint or attacks another viewpoint is an example of propaganda.
Because the term “propaganda” is almost always used as a negative label, one who agrees with a particular piece of propaganda’s point of view does not usually recognize the material as such. Normally, material expressing the OTHER guy’s point of view is always perceived as propaganda. However, in reality, by definition, it’s ALL propaganda
