Has anyone ever used ecampus.com and is it legit[amate]?

I am ordering from ecampus.com and I want to do a double check and if I order a new book is really new or like gently used?

I ordered from them and it was BAD news! After waiting for the book to ship for 2 weeks I called the customer service center. They told me the book was on back order for another week. That whole time they failed to inform me of any back order. Well, I needed my book so I had to cancel my order and buy it elsewhere. From what I hear ecampus.com has a reputation for doing this. I would definitely call before placing your order to ensure they actually have your book in stock and ready to ship.
