try a question of sport night where there are 2 teams and try to get sporting celbs as the captains.

Offer prizes such as 20 free pints or free meals so that if they are in using there prize they might spend more money on food if they get free drinks or drink if they get free food.

Try a charity theme like sport releif that will make the celebs more interested.

Hope this helps

A few ideas:

1) Cater nights to specific sporting events. You could offer food & drink specials or create specific meals & drinks named after these events

2) Create specific sports team nights according to popular teams in your area. Deck the place out in memorabilia; change the names of meals & drinks for that night

3) Offer specials, deals, coupons, buy one get one free, etc. for specific nights when big games are happening

Hope that helps! I wish you much success & happiness in all your ventures!
