He fell in a cauldron of potion when he was a baby so we dont know how much he drank and I feel so sad that I knew this answer.

Well, according to the druid Panoramix, who prepared the potion, Obelix fell into the cauldron. We assume that not only he did drink the potion but also was bathed in it. How much, we really don't know. It must have been a lot.

I fell in a cauldron of potion and it is not permanent , But getafix says that i don't need any more.
