I'm going on holiday but my passport is inside a wuff and the wuff smells and it went down whole but it think he might have processed it pretty good. Also the wuff is cute.

Glue your picture to the wuff's head and take him with you. Be sure to hold him tight when they try to stamp him.

assuming a wuff is a dog??? i would say take it to the vet or see if it poops it out, although it won't be whole by then. to me this seems to be a joke or you wouldn't have said "and the wuff is cute" or even used the word wuff......

Assuming you're serious....
If you're on holiday, and outside of your home country, contact your country's consulate or embassy immediately. If you don't know how to go about contacting them, ask the Customs people at an airport; they can put you in touch.
If you're in your own country, contact the department of state (that's what they call it in the U.S. anyway)...the agency that issued your passport.
