2 years ago, my friend went to a job interview. She wasn't angry that she didn't get the job, she was furious that someone who had a lot less studies than her, and she considered to be a lot less prepared than her interviewed her. She got a great job elsewhere. Last week, she was interviewing people, and it turned out that same person she once got interviewed by, came for a interview. My friend is not going to give her a job, but she wants to know who could she rub it in to her a lot. Any suggestions??

Lets just say that 2 wrongs don't make a right.

It's not the original interviewer's fault that she was less educated than your friend. She can't predict the academic backgrounds of every possible applicant, nor should she have to. Maybe she wasn't originally schedule to do the interview but someone called in sick. YOU don't know the circumstances, and neither does your friend (who sounds like a very bitter, immature person by the way). There is more to getting a job than just experience and education- there is also personality and character, which your friend seems to lack.

I suggest that your friend complete the interview to the best of her abilities. This is what she is paid to do. If her employer found out that she was harassing applicants she would probably be fired. It's time to grow up.
