Get acne pads like Stridex, and use those regularly. Or you can try using Pro-Active, it really works.

The best thing to do is to leave it alone and let it go away on it's own, cuz if u pop it, it will spread the bacterica and bring on more zits...
HOWEVER
You need to bring it to a head in order to get it off of your face. Get a clean, white towel, run it under some hot water (as HOT as you can stand it), ring it out, and press it on the zit. Let it sit there until the towel gets cold. If there is still no head, keep rewetting the towel with hot water and pressin' it on the zit. Then, gently squeeze the zit on both sides, until all of the **** comes out.
9 times out of 10, it will probably leave a red blotch...I suggest u do it before u go to sleep.

use a face wash daily such as netrogena pore unclogging scrub or clearsil daily face wash (either of those work fine for me)
but in the mean time find a coverup that matches your skintone and use that to cover it up--to make it look more natural after applying it put some loose powder over it and blend well! To dry it out so that it will be gone tomorrow then put some rubbing alchol on a cotton ball and squeeze it over your zit.
PLEASE DONT POP IT!! that will only make it worse (they will spread like wildfire and you may scar yourself)

a dermatologist will tell you that a zit is technically a wound, so whatever you do to it, it will need time to heal. If it has a yellow head on it, then you can pop it but make sure you have some antiseptic cream to stop it getting infected more. If it's not reasy to pop, just leave it alone.

Pop it. Or else put some tooth paste on at night and in the morning it will be poppable. Once popped it takes one day to go away.

To dry it up super fast.......put tooth-paste on it over night. make sure you use paste...not gel. Visene will help with the reddness and ice will take the swelling down. And pro-activ will help in the future to keep new ones from coming and ruining your life.

taking the vitamin "lysine" also helps pimples from surfacing. If you already have one you can just take it off it has to run its cycle. not recommended to wear makeup over it to try and hide it. everyday make sure you wash your face in the evenings to keep a better complexion

Let it run the course. Use a benzoyl peroxide spot treatment and don't pop it. Scarring will prevail and that is no good!!!

well you can always use an astingent. If you don't have one, put some toothpaste on it and let it dry. It will dry it out and the red irratation will go down.
