Low BP lower BP than the ideal 80/120.Low BP is common in athletes to some extent. What you say seems to be state of moody or depresion state. This may not be due to low BP.If you suspect low BP better check up with a doctor and take his advise.Becuse low BP is dangerous as high BP.
If you are just moody only ,develop friendship, cultivate habots of reading listening to music or atart a hobby. You may not require an anti depressant if you do these simple things

3 years ago, I was diagnosed - hypertension with a reading of 160/100. I used to feel dizzy a lot, my legs had awful cramps, and levels were very low in my potassium, causing my fingers and toes to always cramp together. One day I started to feel really faint while I was driving with my daughter in the back seat and I passed out, hitting 3 cars and ending up in a ditch. That moment,I knew I had to do something because my meds weren't working. I heard about this diet from a friend and thought I'd give it a shot. The results have been remarkable. In just 21 days, I honestly can't remember feeling this good, my blood pressure went from 175/110 to 125/70.

I know how you feel!! I generally have a blood pressure of 80/40 and it makes me feel like i'm floating everywhere. I have to have lots of time off work and the doctors say there is nothing they can do about it. Unfortunately although it is as dangerous to have low blood pressure as it is high, there are no medicenes available for us poor low blood pressure sufferers but plenty of treatments for high! Hope you feel better soon.

I've had this problem for over ten years, and thed only solution i came up with was coffee - at least three times a day.
