I can make my own Emoticons, i know ware the yahoo messinger Emoticon DataBase is stored.

But how can i add them so i type the/a text and come out in a IM?. I have Yahoo instant messager 7.0. Any one know? And i know my friend must have the emmocon pic also, so i can send it to them. besides that i just need to know how to have it appear when i type text.

This person asked a question and was hoping to get answers not criticism about typographic errors..Now we all know we have made typos...so some understanding shouldn't be so hard

You cannot do it. If you could, Yahoo would have provided instructions on how to upload your own. What you can do it send the emoticon as a link in the message, that is as close as you'll get.

don't know about that one, but I agree with previous answer, which is really a question. Why is everyone so hard on new users, or so picky about spelling, grammer, etc? Same on the chat in games, calling people "newbies" when I understand that is a derogatory name. It is not my fault or any one else's for being new to the whole process. Lighten up folks, I heard this was supposed to be fun!

What is the need to attach emotions with your messenger because it's already present when you become on line with anyone.
It is shown on window click on that choose emotion and send it will send to the person you want to send.

when u save emoticons they ask u its short key
now whenever u type that key in text, it automatically becomes an emoticon
