Depending on the order that she took the pregnancy tests (i.e. the positive one was the last one she took), she is probably pregnant. If the first test she took was positive then the ones after were negative, it could mean that she was pregnant then miscarried and her body is still adjusting. No matter what, she should go see a doctor as soon as possible.

It really depends on the order in which she took the pregnancy tests. If the first 5 were negative, and the last one was a positive, then she may be pregnant. There is however, the possibility of her getting a 'false positive' test, which is very rare.
If the first test she took was a positive, and the last five were negative perhaps she had an early miscarriage. One can have a miscarriage without passing any blood. In that case, it would be a good idea for her to see a doctor.
I recommend seeing a doctor anyways, as he can perform a sensitive blood test on her, to determine whether or not she is pregnant. If she is not pregnant, he can give her a drug to start her period.

she should get checked out. If she is 3 1/2 moths late and still no pregancy test is positive than she may have an eptopic pregnancy or it could be something else.

Does she have any other symtoms like sore breasts, morning sickness, change of appetite, mood changes? She still should see a doctor or a local planned parenthood clinic. She should do this soon, because the longer she waits the smaller her options become, if you know what I mean.
