She has said no, but she is considering writing an extra encyclopedia of the extra details that aren't disclosed in the books. But I'd love it if she did all the same; she is an incredible writer. In several interviews she has said something along the lines of, "I'll be so sad when the series ends, but I know I will leave them alone."
J.K. Rowling has never said that she will kill Harry off in the final book. My personal opinion is that he will die, but she has never said what is to be Harry's fate.
She has however, said that there will be more killings. Whether or not that means Harry, we just don't know.

If J K Rowling think that she's had saved enough $$$, Harry Potter will die on book 7.

I think it's just 7 books, and I heard a rumor about Harry not surviving (I hope he does, just for the sake of a happy ending).
Then again, even writers have only so many ideas, and the series could get old after a while. For example, who in their right mind would want to read book #40, titled "Harry Potter and the Kidney Stone"?
Now that I've made my point (and earned 2), if you're looking for more "Harry Potter" stories, there are plenty of fan fiction websites; my personal preference is www.portkey.org.

Definately. If you read #6, you know that there's still I think 4 horcruxes to track down and Harry still has to kill Voldemort. All that can't happen in one book unless it was really long. I know she won't fit it into 1 book because in an interview, she said Order of the Pheonix was going to be the longest. She's definately writing at least 8 beacuse Hogwarts lasts 7 years. The original plan was to follow Harry's years through Hogwarts and have him face his struggle with Voldemort along the way.The series has gotten so complex and changed so much that there isn't enough room for 7 books. J.K's great excuse for more than 7? Not having Harry go back to Hogwarts. one year left. Eliminating Hogwarts kind of lets Harry move on,he cant stay at Hogwarts when there's a war to be fought. On top of all that, her buisness at Hogwarts is done. Dumbledore's gone, there's nothing left holding harry back. go through 4-6 again reading key parts if you have to, just think about it!

If you'd check on JK Rowling's website, you'd know that the Harry Potter book series end with book 7. She still plans to write after she finish book 7 but it will be of a different genre already. :)

Rowling has said repeatedly that the seventh book is the end of the Harry Potter series as far as she is concerned. She refuses to comment at all about the seventh story or the plot line other than to say more people will die.

She has been very clear that the Harry Potter series will end with book seven. the idea behind it is, there are only 7 years of studying at Hogwarts. I am sure she will continue to write more books, just none about Harry Potter and his friends.

She said that she is writing just 7 Harry Potter books. Of course she could change her mind but it's unlikely. She wants to move in another direction and try writing different characters for different genres.
