What is a good major to major in that will teach me the ins and outs of business and also teach me about supply and demand and stocks and such?

I suggest you major in Business at your college, because you get to learn not only about finance (stocks and investing), but you also learn about marketing, accounting, and managing your own business.

What it sounds like you want to do is find a college that has a great program that teaches people to start their own business. Than I would double major in finance and intern at a financial company that sells stocks and bonds. Finally, I would see if you could not find a group of successful business men/women to help you realize your dreams.
