see my screen name, or real name? On my end I get their screen name, but my real name.

Have no fear. Only your screen name is revealed to the other person. (Unless your screen name contains your real name). You see your name at your end because that information is open to you. The other person does not have access to your internal private profile where one's real name is displayed for Yahoo's records, for MSN, etc.

They will only see you message and screen name, Unless you screen name is your real name like mine.

To be sure, I changed my information on my Yahoo! ID card (account info).
I hope this helps…
1. Click on your name on Yahoo! home page.
2. Edit your real name on the Address/contact information area.
3. Enter your screen name as such: First name (Mc) Last name (Mommy).
4. Click finish.
5. Click finish, again to close the page.

we see your screen name unless when the person you added on your buddy list knows your real name and when they input your personal info on THEIR buddy list then will your real name come up. for example, i dont know you.. if i added your screen name on my buddy list, the only thing i can add as far as your personal info is concerned is your screenenam. just like if you added my scrneen name on your buddy list you dont know my real name. but if i told you my name or vice versa, then i can add it in your personal info page and when i or you look on your buddy list or we where to im eachother, our real names would come up. i hope i answered your question.

Screen name. If they view your profile and you have that information available, they can see that too if they view it.

they should see ur screen name unless they have u saved to their buddy list then they see whatever they saved u as.
