Does anyone know about how much a store like BestBuy would have paid for a video card that they are selling for $250.

I hate them resalers. They bought it at wholsale price. The closest you can get to is on pricewatch.com. The prices listed there are probably the closest to what the store paid. They'll show you the cheapest deals available on the internet.

Probably about one-third of what they sell it for...$85 to $100.
