In every murder case lawyers argue with the Post mortem report given by doctors.

In what way the post-mortem repot helps or does not help? Same will be with the law of Einstein.

Here's the first legal problem, ownership. Newton wrote his Laws of Gravity first. Einstein used some of Newton's Laws to make his theory of general Relativity. So, I wonder when all the lawyers will start lining up to sue Einstein's estate on behalf of Newton's estate.

Lawyers would argue what there should be exceptions to it, why the law is unfair, why it is unconstitutional, and why there is no evidence that it was violated in a particular case.

No......

There is little logic to 'legal' law matters. It's designed for the masses, not individual people. It's like comparing Mozart to Karaoke.

The term "Law" in physics simply means that it's a relationship that appears to be universally true under all known circumstances, and is to be regarded as true unless discovered to be otherwise.

And.....you can't 'Jay-walk' in physics and be chased by a cop for it. :D
