Bush is the worst President we have ever had and frankly probably the worst we WILL ever have. How could anyone possibly be worse?

Is this some kind of trick question??? I think that the guy with 3 DUI's, and the coke habit, takes the cake. Or how about the one who started with the biggest US surplus and now has the biggest deficit in US history. No, I know, the guy who starts wars with lies, and leaves the American citizen to foot the bill for his poorly planned assault that still hasn't got an end in sight. Now the question should be, has there ever been a president worse for any country than George Bush junior?

G.W. Bush, reasons, too numerous to mention, but he would make an excellent Darwin Award candidate.
Carter was a good President
Clinton was a immoral, but got the budget under control
Going back a number of presidents to Truman, no one can beat Bush. The others made mistakes, but Bush does not make mistakes, he does things on purpose.

Clinton. He didn't pay attention to foreign policy, because he was too focused on domestic policy (and Monica). He was a sleazy politician, and a lot of his failures carried over into the Bush administration, and led to 9/11.
