A very clear NO!
Isn't it clinically proven that men have the bigger and heavier brain compared to women?
Well, but isn't it also known to everybody that men don't use this bigger brain? Instead, 98 percent of all decisions or so are ruled by that little friend that usually average between 6 to 10 inches in length?

there is very little difference between men and women in brain size but a few differences in individual area size and cells connected
there are a few areas of the brain that are slightly more developed in men - these relate to visual-spatial processing and conversely in women - these relate to verbal communication
there are also a few small differences in the hypothalamus whihc appear to relate to sexual behaviours
