I personally don't like bar soaps, especially in the shower. They tend to dry out my skin. But I know that Dove soap bars are really good. Try one of those. If you like the Dove products they also do shower creams etc that are really nice.

No, and Ivory is also very drying to the skin.
I like Lever 2000, and it is moisturizing. I also like some of the liquid soaps with various fragrances.

Zest is the only thing my bro will use, so I'm guessing its good.
If you are asking because Ivory doesn't get you clean (perhaps because you get extra dirty compared to normal people, like a mechanic) then Lava is really good. Not for use on sensitive spots though. I use it to get paint off my hands.

Try Burt's Bees Exfoliating bar soap. It clears your skin and smells neat. I bought a whole boat load of it and I hope it never gets discontinued!

Ivory is more natural, without any perfumes. I reccommend either Zest, Irish Spring, or Coast. Very good, and they make you smell good.

I love the scent of Dial's Mountain Spring scented bar. Also love the fact that it's purple.
