Do we need to be exposed to strip malls? Do we need more clothes encounters. Should we take a poll? Are we not sliding down a dangerous path?

Forgive me, but I don't see a problem. Unless the mall is filled with raucous bars, strip clubs, half way houses for molesters or whatever, and thats not likely. Game arcades, candy stores, maybe a skate shop, would that be a problem? What would the issue be? Traffic endangering the kids, like people coming and going from a bagel shop or the dry cleaners? Maybe there would be a problem, but I don't see it--I am totally open to being educated on the topic tho.

strip malls are only used for hanging out, buying junk food. So they should not be allowed.

Not a very good idea! I would worry that it would provide too much chaos. It would provide a greater opportunity for children to be kidnapped.

No! Society does not have the old values and morales that we used to and it's really sad.

In the long run, you'll be "clad" they did. Remember, children are not as clothes minded as we think they are. :)
