The mistyped ones are TERRIBLY annoying but I'm not sure if that counts as used incorrectly...but I'll throw in 'threw' instead of 'through' and:

Irregardless is a great example, also

Apart from people mixing up "there", "their" and "they're", I would say "racism" and "racist". Nowadays they relate to things such as nationality, religion, and skin colour - all of which have nothing whatever to do with a person's race.

Many people spell alot as one word, which it is not. I also hate when people say "irregardless"---it is not a word, "regardless is what they mean. "Liberry" and "new-clee-er" are annoying too!
