I would say it depends on the outfit and it really doesn't matter what nail color you use. But for starters use a natural color and a much darker color on the edge of the nail. Red nail color is the best looking. And for makeup use Colors since your skin is tan. Light blue and Light green would look pretty. First put on black or brown eyeliner then Put on the eyeshadow, when you finish that blend it in with your hands and for smokey eyes use a black eyeliner over the top of the lashes and use cotton swabs to blend it in on top. Then use a mascara( I prefer covergirl or Maybeline) they're the best and finish up with a pink or glossy lipstick and if you use face powder don't be afraid to use a lighter tone and you are lucky to have tan skin. Use Covergirl makeup powder it's pretty. And if you have brown eyes you can also use brown eye shadow to match and make sure to go over the shadow with your hands it looks much better that way. Neutrogena has this tan spf 15 or more makeup thats tan. And believe me I know this makeup stuff because I watch so much beauty and style channels and have so much makeup in my purse. Good luck.

If you have tan skin , wear a light color nailpolish cause it makes your skin look lighter also , like light pink , but red-orange is one of the only dark colors you can wear w/that color skin , it looks really nice and for your eye shadow , you can blend colors one on top and bottom but allways put the light color on the bottom and dark on the top, light pink and orange and hazel and a light shade of hazel with bring out your eyes.and for your foundation , find a color that matches your skin tone , never get one that is darker than your skin color , if you have too then get a lighter color but never darker,Good Luck !!!

Warm colors are always good for summer, no matter what your coloring is. Try pinks, red, oarnges, etc. As far as make up goes, I've always believed in the "natural" look. If you're going to wear a crazy shade of eyeshadow or bright red lipstic, keep the rest of your face plain.

Try a bronzy or orange-like color. Shades of brown are always hot with tan skin and medium-colored hair!

classic varieties understand no age. A gentle french nail trimming consistently coordinates with any celebration and ensemble (and definite, you could grasp it your self!) start up via buffing the tops and edges - this might make the polish adhere on your nails greater acceptable. do no longer ignore the backside coat to guard your nails and a ideal coat to guard the polish and provide it a particularly sheen. additionally, attempt 'Sweetheart' or 'Bubble bath' from OPI

It would depend on what colors you look best in. If you are a Winter, Fall , Spring, etc. You sound like you would be an Autumn. Try Greens, Deep Blues, Browns, Earthy tones... Experiment till you find the one you like.

Nail polish comes in so many colors I don't think you need to match it to your skin tone.
