A chimp is smaller than a man, but 6 times stronger for a given size. The chimp is a bit stronger than Mr. T, but doesn't know how to wrestle.

Easily. The average Chimp has six times the arm strength of a human. A year or so ago their was a show called something like "Man Vs Beast" in which an Orangutan had a tug of war with a large champion Sumo wrestler, and the ape won by a long shot. Chimps brachiate (swing in trees) their arms are developed for, and strengthened by. If we all swung our weight from trees maybe we could compete, but since Mr. T. does not he doesn't stand a chance.

Chimps, because of the way their muscles are designed, are approximately 6 times more powerful that ordinary humans. It might be a fair fight.
