Not all women get morning sickness; and some get it earlier or later tha others. If your period doesn't show up get a pregnancy test done (Ones done by blood test by the doc are better, foolproof), chances are you're pregnant. But breasts being sore can be PMS symptom as well, not always pregnancy; though if you're feeling cramps and breast soreness already, there is a chance you are preggers. Usually morning sickness starts a month or two after conception, though that does vary, and lasts for different lengths for different women, even in different pregnancies for the same women. And trust me, lol, be happy if you don't get it, not pleasant. Keep some gingerale there just in case (the ginger helps, as does warm soda; so keep it out of the fridge).
I'll keep my fingers crossed for you, and good luck!

Morning sickness usually occurs 2-8 weeks after conception. Such a long time frame!
Because I ovulated early on in my cycle, day 8, I started to get mild nausea before I could even get a positive pregnancy test.
I'm including the link to a pregnancy and trying to conceive forum that I think you might find interesting. It's full of supportive women with boundless knowledge about these issues. I have learnt a lot there that I doubt I would have learnt otherwise :) Hope you join up!

Take a home pregnancy test.
But, I'm sorry to say, that I think your sore boobs are a sign of PMS.
And morning sickness is not a sign of pregnancy. It's a sign of dehydration, and since 99% of pregnant woman are badly dehydrated it's now a false widely-spread belief that it's a symptom of pregnancy. I suffered from "morning sickness" for 7 years!! From 14-21. And I was not pregnant for 7 years! :P

You can find out now.
GO BUY A FIRST RESPONSE PREGNANCY TEST.
That's what we used, a week BEFORE my period and found out we were prego.
As far as morning sickness goes...it may never come...not all women are cursed with it..so that's no way to determine if you're pregnant or not...that could just be an indication of wether or not you have food poisoning...hello??
Take a test, and if you're still not sure, go to your doctor, he/she can take a blood test and you'll know for sure...right now.
Good luck!

Morning sickness varies with each pregnancy. I know I got it about a half hour after conception. I'm not kidding on this one. It's how I KNEW I was pregnant before my doctor did.
