That sounds like admiration or adoration more than love. One should feel comfortable and not all those things you've mentioned when they are 'in love'.
I'd say take it easy and slow. If you are soon able to talk normally and not feel clumsy and nervous, you might be on the road to romance.
If not, learn how to become comfortable with yourself......love yourself and be confident. That puts you on equal footing with anyone you may wish to date.
