I have 3 weeks to fit in my bikini before i go on vacation and i notice that my stomach is actually not big but my arms are really round and full and they have wings, i don't want big muscles i just want to slim my arms and my thighs down

Eat lots of bright colored fruits & vegetables.

Break up your eating into at least 6 sessions each day.

Get your roughage from a whole grain bread, but DO NOT put butter or any other fat product on it.

Supplement with cans of SlimFast.

No added salt.

Drink at least 64 oz. water daily.

Walk 30 minutes every other day.

Some people eat a salad daily. I don't have that problem, only weighing 118.

LOTS OF FRUIT, AND I DO 6 MEALS
