Anyone over the age of 11 years old needs to keep the past the past unless its to say how much better you are or did compared to an ex, and even then best to just keep the lips zipped.

Unfortunately for you, your boyfriend is very insensitive to your feelings. Tell him that you don't appreciate the talk about the exgirlfriends. If they were all that good why didn't it work out. And if he continues to talk about them your other option is to just leave him alone.
