does anyone know what the kind of glass is that can tint itself by running an electronic current through it?

this glass is only produced for home use...it has a certain amount of chemical in it & that chemical mix of glass is protected by copyright
It is not suited for auto use but lends itself to illegal activities & hightened security risk of peace officers...
Therefore ... the manufacturers of this glass have agreed to limit it to use in buildings & will not produce an auto version..
as for who makes it...?

the glass on car windows, i saw a place near my house that can do that electronically on car windows.
