Try nail poish remover, or something with acetone in it. It might ruin the plastic, though.

Depending on the type of plastic, if it is sturdy thick type of plastic or even vynl you could soak a cotton ball with acetone and dab it away one dab at a time. If, on the other hand it is pliable plastic (like cling wrap thin) I wouldn't suggest the acetone, but some Goo-Gone and dab it away.

wait until it dries and scrape it off. if that doesnt work go to the store and buy some glue remover

It won't come off clean...glue remover or scraping it off will leave a mark.

if you mean crazy glue - there is crazy glue remover - sometimes nailpolish with acetone works too
