I get the goose bumps and feel good when the gas station attendant washs my windows with the squeezie, WHY?

It makes me feel good too!
I love it when someone else takes their time to make me feel better, even if it just a simple task like washing my windows because the little joys in life like that, are what we really appreciate the most. Plus it feels good because we did not ask them to do it and they just did it to be courteous. When someone goes that extra mile, I will probably go there again b/c I feel like a valued customer. :)

You get that feeling because you're aggrivated that they want a tip after they charge you $3 per gallon for gas!

It is service. When they do that they want you to come back.and that they appreciate your business They are going out of their way to show it
