Somebody tried to steal my bike and broke the ignition system, does anybody know how to hot-wire an 05'r6?

Newer bikes with ECM's (electronic control moduals)(computers) can't be hot wired. There is a resistor in the ignition switch that steps down the amperage, to power the ECM. If the ECM doesn't get the correct amperage, the ignition system will not work.
If it's your bike, then buy a new switch.
If it isn't - crime doesn't pay!

Many modern bikes have a fuel-injection computer that won't allow the engine to run if the ignition has been tampered with, so I think you have to bring it into the dealer.

While you can direct wire the starter, you are bound to fry the electronics in your bike. Break down and get it fixed by a mech at your dealer. This is a new bike!
