why are you going?

if you HAVE to go. do what miss manners would do:

if you can't be kind...be vague.

if he's asking YOU the weird question...just look him straight in the eye and ask him...

'i'm sorry. you weren't asking me that question, were you?'

Parents are parents, and your friend can't help who her parents are. Just keep quiet, unless you're really uncomfortable, then you can say, "I'm sorry, but I don't understand you and I'm not comfortable with this conversation" or something like that and excuse yourself. Don't be rude in return, and since they're taking YOU on THEIR vacation, you should be grateful and respectful. Try to have fun, maybe even play along with them when they're being goofy. You are the GUEST, and they're being very nice taking you along.

Don't go!... I wouldn't want to take such a disrespecting little girl on my vacation.

If you are accompanying THEM on vacation, it is NOT your place to say anything at all.
