Lost xp disk! Help Please!?

I have a gateway and I cant find my reboot disk. I can't even get to windows, it keeps restarting. I still have my xp code. Is there any way to download it or something? Gateway is telling me I have to rebuy the program for 200 dollars and I can't afford that.

you might try calling Microsoft tech help, explain the problem and maybe they'll guide you to restoring XP. If you don't do any good with a phone call, they have an email contact address on their page.
