You cant buy a army tank. If that was the case everyone will mostley have one and would have took over the United States.

In Costa Mesa, CA there's a used car lot called "All The King's Toys". I noticed they have some sort of British military vehicle that looks a lot like a small tank.

There used to be one driving around the streets of London. Had to be painted luminous yellow, and it was forever breaking down.
You could try contacting the Ministry of Defence and seeing if they have any decommisioned tanks you could have?
