(3x-3x)/(2x-10+6x-30) = 0

3x-(3x/2x)-10+6x-30
= 3x - (3/2) - 10 + 6x - 30
= 9x - (83/2)

= 3x - 1 1/2 -10 + 6x - 30

= 3x+6x - 1 1/2 - 30
= 9x - 31 1/2

This answer correct because you had no parenthasis .

You always have to follow order of operations. Thus, you simplify the 3x/2x first, leaving you with 1x. Your new expression looks like this:
