first capitalised then, written in a formal fashion, such as, " Three men went down the road", " Sixty-nine girls were in my group"

it depends numbers over 10 should be written out numerically
while numbers 0-9 should be written out zero-nine
ex:

One dog...
Three Cats...
---------------
17 people...
234 fish...
