Getting the ink back, was just a play on words, that wasn't the problem. It was some technical hitch, they had, as they were switching the Q&A to another server or data base.
Been on just over half an hour now.

Is it a refurbished cartridge? Some of the ones will do this...if that is so, simply keep printing, if it is printing excellent. however you'll no longer recognize you're getting low in ink....you'll simply must stay up for it to be fading. You did dispose of the little decal, proper?

you aint missed much, there are a few alterations, i think it is better
