You just have a feeling about it.....or he comes home late, or has someone elses perfume on, or has lipstick marks on his shirts and you know they're not yours, there are many things that can give you that notion. Make sure it's not insecurity though. If you feel that it's serious, you can always hire a detective.

I would not know about a man cheating on you, but I can tell you when a girl cheats on you. I guess it works both ways!!
7 out of 10 times, you will know it. Its in the guts.
2 out of 10 times, you will see things like a careless touch, a feeble look of love at the person etc...
and the remaining 1 time, you will see email, phone and or chat transcripts.
God Bless you!!

If you think he is cheating - than 8 1/2 times out of 10 HE IS.

Women have a cheating radar, that almost never fails

You asked: How do you KNOW if a man is cheating on you. I understand that when you think someone is cheating on you, you will pursue any lead to try to find concrete evidence. I have to say that there are only a few ways to really know that a man is cheating on you: you find him with someone else, he tells you, or you find other concrete evidence (STD's, emails, voice messages, private investigator, etc.) Gossip, gut feelings, your man starts working late, loss of sex drive, etc. may all have some validity, but they do not let you KNOW if your man is cheating on you.

Well there are alot of clues. Keep in mind some of the clues could point to other issues like depression, work place stress. So make darn sure that is not the issue before you snoop.

Check out his wallet, cell phone, clothes, actions , going to work earlier then normal, staying at work late alot. Trying new sexual things you never have heard of or thought he was interested in.
Check his emails. Follow him

well, you have to look for signs. the main ones are: has he changed his cologne,or wear some when he never did before? has his working hours changed? did he go off his routine? does he keep his cell phone on quiet,or vibrate mode so you can't hear? or leave it in the car when he visits? these are all signs. if you can get a hold of the cell phone, look for numbers that aren't familiar, then either look them up or call for an unknown number. look through the car for anything suspicious, movie stubs, florist receipts. i wish you the best in your endeavor.

He will find reasons not to see you... too much work... to tired... that sort of things. He will talk about this new place he knows(but he didnt go with you). He will be somehow... different... when having sex.

Now, dont you get paranoid. Be sure first. The best way is to confront him. He will almost surely deny it, but he will be warned....

check his car meter. see how far it has drive. you should know his schedule and where he goes. just look on mapquest.com and check the distand. if he is off my 10 miles. than that is okay. if he is off by a 20 miles and more, than you know he is going to different places. because guys doesn't mess around in his neighbor hood, they go at least 20 miles aways for that.
